Do you require a deposit?

A 20% deposit is required to commence production of the product(s).

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms are strictly Cash On Delivery (COD), the balance remaining less the deposit paid is payable on installation date.

What methods of payment are available?

Kolder accepts Visa and Mastercard (a 2% inc GST surcharge will apply). Cash, EFT, cheque and Money order are also accepted. If EFT is the selected payment method for a COD transaction then payment must be processed prior to the date of installation.

What is the warranty period on built-in wardrobes?

Kolder guarantees its built-in wardrobe products for 10 years when used under normal conditions.

What is the warranty period on shower screens and mirror products?

Kolder guarantees it’s shower screen and mirror products for 5 years when used under normal conditions. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage including glass damage or damage through misuse.

Do the built-in wardrobes have backings and floors?

Our standard range of built-in wardrobe products do not include backings or floors. Unless stated otherwise the following are not included in the built-in wardrobe contract:

  1. Floor, backing, linings, lids
  2. Painting of any surface
  3. Cornice
Do you guarantee the date of installation?

No, Kolder will wherever possible install the product/s on the agreed date. Kolder has the right to alter the agreed installation date when events beyond its control make it necessary.

Can I use the newly installed shower screen straight away?

It is recommended that you do not use the shower screen for a minimum of 24 hours after installation, this will ensure that the silicone has been given adequate time to set.

Can I start storing my clothes in my newly installed built-in wardrobe?

It is recommended that you do not store clothing in the newly installed built-in wardrobe for up to 6 hours after installation, this will ensure that the no more gaps applied has adequate time to set.
